I'm disturbed my kids spent the money they did, gifting me my Nutribullet.
The seizure of the plastic parts which engage the cannister is so common, there are YouTube videos to alleviate a chronic problem.
I'm not sure what Nutribullet is pretending not to know.
Of course... there's always the question of warranty. Two Stars is generous.

This blender easily sticks to any surface and offers not one but two different sized cups to take your drink on the go! The sleek design offers two buttons that appear on screen (once plugged in) and allow you to seamlessly blend at two different speeds. Though quieter than your typical blender, I wish it were not as loud, but aside from that, this is a great product. It blends perfectly, it’s a compact size, it comes with a variety of extras - including a recipe book - let’s just say…out with the old and in with the new!

I don’t expect a blender to be quiet, but this is not as loud as I expected. I have blended smoothies and salsa with good results. I live all the accessories that this includes. Clean up is easy. A new staple in my kitchen that will be getting lots of use.
