Degrading resolution

It seems the resolution is worse on my screen once I put the screen protector on. Everything looks pixelated

Not as it used to be

I’ve had a zagg privacy screen for years and loved it so much! However, the new one designed for iPhone 13 is not as good. It makes your screen look worse than it did without a protector. It looks like you’re looking at your phone through a window screen. It’s also much darker than it used to be so I am finding I need to have my screen brightness on its highest setting which will drain the battery faster. I really hope Zagg finds a way to fix this issue. Working in the community for my day job, riding buses and trolleys, I want that extra privacy so people are not able to see what I’m doing on my phone. I love Zagg products and will continue to use them and promote them to others but I will not be recommending the privacy screen for anyone who has an iPhone 13.

The Worst Privacy Screen from ZAGG

If I could rate this a ZERO, I would. There is no advance warning or anything written in the description of this product on ZAGG’s website which tells the consumer when you purchase it, what you see and what appears on your phone will look extremely pixelated.

We have been using ZAGG privacy screens for many years and have always been so happy with their products privacy or non privacy screen protectors for IPhones. Someone else in my family purchased the privacy screen for their IPhone 13 pro and has no problems with pixelation. It’s clear just like their past screens.
Though this product is the worst, I would like to take a moment to commend the customer service staff. The gentleman who helped me from Zagg was fantastic in trying to solve my problems. I hope ZAGG will figure out this problem so it won’t be repeated in the future.

This accessory has a easy button built in. I love it. The privacy protection InvisibleShield Glass at the various angles are welcoming and gives me the added protection I’m looking for in a product.

You will never have a bright screen and waste battery quick. Had it for a couple days and had to order a regular clear screen.
