This is my 4th or 5th protector and as expected it survives some substantial impacts, and when it does break, the phone’s screen is not damaged.

While the install was easy and trouble free, I am finding that using it is difficult. The screen is so dark that it is hard to read and using polarized sunglasses makes it impossible to read the screen. Also, due it's privacy feature I am finding that unless I am right in front of the screen for pictures I can't see the screen to position proplerly. Will definitely re-evaluate getting this item again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
