Inadequate replacement material

The original purchase came with a plastic threshold to put your phone in to make sure that the screen protector is applied in the right position. The warranty replacement only comes with the screen protector. Cheap inadequate replacement material makes a cheap inadequate replacement.

Usually great, first time issue

I’ve had ZAGG screen protectors on my phones since my first iPhone 3 and never had an issue. This time, I dropped my iPhone, which is in a case, and the ZAGG shield cracked throughout. Screen is fine underneath, but it’s a first for cracking the protector!

Provides privacy without much tradeoffs

The kit made it easy to install. The privacy aspect is well-done - I am able to see completely fine looking straight at my screen, but going to the side (at least 30 degrees) obscures the details on the screen (there may still be some outlines visible). The glass also has t affected the responsiveness of the screen.
