Not perfect

Part of the reason for the rating is really a google issue and perhaps you have a way to fix it. I find it really aggravating that the screen brightness has to be adjusted every time I powerup the laptop and if the screen goes to sleep - I am sure there are some who think this is grand - but for me it is a royal pain. I also find that resting my palm on the unit while I type - sometimes engages the cursor and moves it - creating issues with my documents - That part of the laptop is designed to rest your wrists on it - it should not move the cursor anyplace or otherwise disrupt the use of the keyboard. Really very aggravation

Camera is Very BAd

Very bad camera quality. No matter how much you change the room lightening, it looks like a cheap inbuilt camera.

I bought this Chromebook because it said it had a back lit keyboard. Guess what it doesn't; thanks Acer. Never again! I'd love for Acer to call me so I could talk to someone about this.
