I bought the Warkar CTH30C dehumidifier, it worked great, but it's just to small for my basement, the basement is just to damp for it to keep up, I told Waykar about my problem, instead of them saying, look it's your fault, you should have known better, and bought a bigger unit, Warkar stood right up and started helping me immediately.
We are in the process of me getting a larger unit.
I'll tell you this, when you call Waykar, leave a message and they Will get back to you, I called the 1st time and didn't leave a message, and they still called me back.
Warkar is probably one of the best companies I've ever done business with.

Good dehumidifier, NO garden hose drain threads...

The whole purpose of getting this for me, was to hook up a standard hose to it. The dehumidification works great, but there is no way to hook a standard garden hose to this unless you have some weird metric course thread adapter, and this I could not find. The bucket gets filled up overnight, so I had to return the Dehumidifier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

my basement is about 1500 sq ft. this handles it easily. humidity stays around 45 now. was 70 before. big difference. i run the hose to the drain so i never touch it. worth it.

I bought this dehumidifier a couple of months ago. I have owned larger dehumidifiers in the past and was skeptical that this small one could do the job-but it can and it does. Hopefully, it will last a long time.

Got this for my small unoccupied RV (an 80’s Minnie Winnie) and it pulled the excess water out of the air easily. Very wet summer in north Virginia and haven’t gotten to fixing the broken window hinges and other sealing issues on this project yet. Placed the dehumid on a storage tub next to the shower for the proper height. The gravity drain and included tube work perfectly. Now a month after purchase, it continues to maintain a RH% right around 50 where I preset it. It’s small, quiet, perfect for this size space. Works efficiently and no issues yet. At first I went to check it daily for leaks, then weekly, but all is working and draining as it should. At this point I can ‘set it and forget it’. Happy with my purchase.

Perfect size

This is the perfect size, and does the job. It's light and easy to carry from place to place, very simple to keep clean and emptying the bucket is quick and easy, much better than the heavy one I had before. It's also very quiet and inconspicuous, perfect for a small space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely happy with my dehumidifier! Reduced the relative humidity in my basement/laundry room to approximately 40% - down from about 70%.
I would recommend this to a friend!
