We are an otterbox family and we have been using the computer for the past 7 years or more. We both recently got one for our Samsung and Google phones. we were disappointed that the sides are not rigid or tall on birth cases . It does not feel as well protected as previous models. Maybe there is a reason that we are unaware of.

The case is sturdy, and I have no doubt it will do the job. It doesn't look all that great though. I had an Otterbox on my last phone, and it had a much nicer soft shell over the clamshell. The hard plastic looks somewhat cheap and gives absolutely no grip.

It looks sleek, and I like the slight texture on parts of the case. This is the third OtterBox case that I have owned, and this is my favorite given how it looks and feels in the hand. As long as it protects my device during the inevitable drop, I'll be happy.
