Outer paper is thin bond weight and a fine point marker pokes thru as writing addresses. . Used to be MUCH thicker bond paper.

I purchased 3 packages of bubble mailers with 12 envelopes in each pack. The price was excellent and the delivery was free and quick! The quality is just as food as envelopes twice the price.
