I also purchased a garbage pail but these bags are too short. When you put them in the garbage pail as a liner they fall into the garbage pail. They do not stay up on the outside of the pail lip!

I would suggest making it 2" longer enabling it to tie a knot so that it is firmly secured on the outside rim of the waste basket. This will prevent the bag from sliding into the waste basket.

These bags are short & wide which means you can't put a good amount in while still being able to secure the opening. They were the only clear trash bags and I needed clear for recyclable so I am not very happy.
