It is probably worth it to get the more durable plates for the money because you have to stack these plates 5-6 deep in order to get the food to not leak through. They are also flimsy and don't hold up well. If you are using for dry goods it would be fine. Just don't use for any kind of lunch meal!

I got these for our breakroom and we used them to have a "breakfast burrito" party last week. Contrary to what other people say here they held up fine and even held up in the microwave. I mean they are not Chinet or anything like that it's just a basic paper plate. If you want something you can stand around at a picnic with get something else but these are great for going from countertop to table. Great for serving cake.

You get what you pay for.

Have to buy them because they're inexpensive and you get what you pay for. You need to use at least two of them to heat anything in the microwave and there's still a chance that even doubled they will still be flimsy.
