Bik White-Out Great, But Not for Long

I have bought the Bic Wite-Out tape product several times. When it works, it is fantastic. Then something happens with the tape, and it doesn't work. I have tried taking it apart to see if there was more tape, and there is, but I have not been able to put it back together to work again. I am so sad because when correcting a mistake in a checkbook, it is wonderful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Neat concept needs refillable and recyclable.

I like the concept of these correction tape units they're a neat idea and compact when they work. The problem is these don't always work. Sometimes the tape will get twisted, or fall off the track which makes them very hard to fix.
The quality of the plastic is nice but the application tip is fragile and I know if you use more force it can and will just snap. I'd like to see this improved.
What really bothers me is how disposable these are. I've not been able to find anyway of refilling these and that to me is a major problem. You should be able to refill these and I'd really like them to hold alot more. In my opinion these are more environmentally damaging than the old style bottles of paint white out, since you can't refill these.
I'd really like to see BIC make some environmental effort on this as this seems like an incredible amount of waste just to white things out.

These are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess I'm a little old school as I often use Wite-Out but I'm still using the liquid. Of course there are downsides with the liquid version, this mini correction tape version fixes all of those. It only takes a second to fix a small mistake with this tape and mini size doesn't take up much room in my desk drawer. The correction tape package comes in bright colors. They are easy to spot in a crowded drawer. No waiting for the "correction" to dry or worrying about smudges as it applies dry. You can write over it instantly, I have not typed over it so, I can't comment on that. My lefty daughter uses them with ease. The only con I can think of is that you have to make sure the lip of the tape is level, when moving it across the paper or it might not attach like it supposed to. Was a little bit of a learning curve for me. If you are still using the liquid, make the switch. The grass is greener over here. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the packaging, love the way you use the wite-out tape. It is extremely easy to use, and it works better than typical wite-out from the bottle. It covers beautifully and easily. Does a neat job of staying straight and it has no smell which is nice. The dispensers make is very convenient to use. It also adheres to the paper very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Bic Wite out mini Correction Tape it worked for what i used it on it was easy to use and functioned well it was alot easier to use then the regular white out i was aware of the product before just never thought it would work but glad i tried it works well and i will be using it from now on I will recommend this to friends and family.all around great product

Best wite-out tape

The grip make its slide over the paper so smoothly without the wite-out tape curling or twitsting which is so great! I would highly recommend BIC Wite-Out Mini Correction Tape as an essential to any household,office or school.
