Very Nice Product - Filled a Need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was already considering a small whiteboard in my office to track personal projects when 3M sent me a free sample of this product, along with a Dry Erase Accessory Tray. The following is my honest assessment.
Hanging was not difficult since adjustments can be made. I made light pencil marks on the wall so that the surface would be level and followed the instructions provided. The surface smooths out fairly well, but shows every imperfection of the wall as bumps or dimples. It relaxed a bit after hanging requiring a bit more smoothing, but has stabilized.
The surface accepts dry erase marks very nicely from the Expo brand marker I have been using. Cleanup with the provided cloth leaves little 'flakes' of mark behind—my only complaint.
This is a good quality, innovative product that I am happy to use every day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well & a clever idea

I was skeptical of how well the surface would attach to the wood laminate door at my office, but it stuck well, and with some work, I was able to work out the "bubbles". Follow the instructions on how to install, and it does install well. The surface allows clear writing, and good erasing. It will be a nice addition to the office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M sent me this product for free to evaluate. I tried it in my place of business, which is a heavily used office on a college campus.
I cut the dry erase board to fit half of an old chalkboard, and I installed another piece on a table. Installation was straightforward, although the larger the piece, the trickier it is to place and remove all the bubbles. Having another person or two to help is useful.
So far, the surface is durable. It has held very well on the chalkboard and table, and the dry erase cloth removes any trace of marker (no ghosting). Some of our standard, color markers bead up on the surface. Black markers don't have that problem at all.
I would recommend this product as an inexpensive and convenient alternative to purchasing a whiteboard. I appreciated the large format and being able to cover existing surfaces. I also liked cutting the surface to the right size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Convenient and works great

I’ve been using this dry erase surface for a little over a week, and I’ve been loving it. Dry erase boards are convenient for so many things. Everyday lists, notes to people in the household or office, and of course work or school projects.
This applied easily to the wall, and even after using it several times a day, writing and erasing, it has stayed in place without peeling off at all. The board itself works perfectly. It’s smooth to write on and erases easier than the dry erase boards I’ve used before. I see no shadowing after I erase something, the surface is perfectly clean.
Pricing is a little high for this, in comparison to other whiteboards. And, I do wish the package came with pens. While it’s easy enough to find them in any store, it’s nice to have them handy as soon as you open the product. Perhaps in the future 3M would consider including pens as part of the package.
But I found no fault with the product itself and I recommend it.
