These envelopes have the dimensions specified and all of them are well-glued (no holes at seams) and well-padded. I will purchase more.

Self sealing

These envelopes are indeed self-sealing. They do offer some protection for fragile items although I would recommend additional bubble wrap for particularly fragile things. The only negative is the need for a separate address label since writing on the front will just wipe off.
