Will only hold something 6 x 9 if it is paper thin

Description says the usable space was 6 x 9 it was really 6 by 8 3/4 and your item has to be paper thin. I had a 1/4 inch paperback that was exactly 6 x 9 and I could not even close the envelope. I knew it was going to be tight and I could have made it work if the it really was the full 6 x 9.

These poly mailers work well for my Ebay shipments...waterproof durable glue seals the envelope great and the price is great too.

Beware- sides split open

These bags are susceptible to splitting open in handling. I ship small items of different sizes and shapes. These are not heavy items but before I discovered the poor construction of these bags I lost some of the items because the bage split open. I then discovered you could easily split the bag open with your finger. I do not recommend these bags.
