IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IF THE INNER SIZE OF THE MAILERS WAS DETAILED ON THE PACKAGE. I HAD PURCHASED THE 8.5 INCH BUBBLE MAILERS TO MAIL BOOKS THAT WERE 8" X 8" and only discovered they were too small when I opened the package to see if the book would fit. It didn't.

10.5"W x 15"L is a good size for mailing certificates and files. A good addition would be matching size optional lite weight rigid inserts to protect from being bent.
