I was counting on the stated dimensions so that I could fit a card into the envelope. Not! Envelope too small and dimensions were smaller than stated.

These STAPLES brand "BUBBLE WRAP CUSHIONED MAILERS" are just perfect for shipping small items by FIRST CLASS MAIL either locally here in THE STATES or overseas internationally via FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL! I encase the small boxed item in extra cushion bubble wrap and sandwich it between two very strong pieces of hard cardboard for crush proof security. I know this works because even my international customers say they receive their items safely. What I also like is the fact that my customers save money because shipping can be soo expensive! They're happy and I'm happy!
