I don't understand the negative reviews. It's not rocket science; you can tell just by looking whether most items will fit or not. Product worked fine for the intended use. Good value. Right size for my needs.

The flap is rather narrow and if you fill the envelope with bulky material it doesn't seal well enough. You will need to tape it. The flap should be wider1

Use all of the time for mailing DVDs and CDs. Use allows substantially less mailing costs. Better return on investment. Better protection for product.
