this product worked really well

I used this to pack and protect products that were to go in a larger package for mailing. It was just the right size for what I needed though I wouldn't feel happy using it as the only mail cover

Padded Mailing Envelopes

I purchased these envelopes (two sizes) to send a gift photo book and CD from a birthday party. The envelopes were perfect size and provided the necessary cushion for what I needed. I added a strip of tape over the envelope flap to ensure that it stayed sealed even though I believe the sealant was sufficient. I initially purchased mailing envelopes from Office Depot but they did not match my needs so purchased these and they met my needs. I also did some comparative shopping at the US post office but their envelopes were more pricey and didn't meet my needs.

Just what I needed

These envelopes filled the bill! Often I need to send CDs with images of my artwork and in regular envelopes they can come back damaged. Not a problem with these. The Staples brand envelopes were comparable to the 3M bubble envelopes in quality but were more economical.
