Best Shredder I've ever had

I ordered this shredder to replace a Fellows cross-cut shredder that died with relatively little use. The Fellows shredder had a jam causing the unit to overheat. Therefore I was looking for a shredder that had anti-jam technology and cross-cut functionality. This shredder offered both functions plus the micro-cut is an added bonus. I also love the fact that it has a separate waste basket that utilizes a plastic bag making it really a breeze to empty. It was messy to empty the other shredder and paper often ended up on the floor. This shredder is really pretty quiet for its size and functionality. I am impressed by the quality of this unit. This unit was purchased for office use but I liked it so much that I purchased a second one for personal use. Hope to have it for a very long time. Great product!
