I haven't used it much. I couldn't figure out how to get the tape on but it is pulled by the side instead of lifted out which is good because it fits tight and when tape is not on it it won't get lost.

It is a very nice dispenser. The best thing is that the tape holder is not removable. How many of us have gotten new dispensers because that little black tape holder vanished? I don't like that fact that it was made in China but it is 70% cheaper than the competition.
