adding tape. no instructions

The tape dispenser looks nice and is heavier than most for it's size however I still have to put a rubber mat underneath to keep it from sliding toward me when I pull. The other issue is there are no instructions for changing the tape. It is counter intuitive. Do not pull up. Since this is a permanent core you need to push the black core to the left (as the dispenser is facing you with cutter blade toward you) there is a 1/2 moon indentation on the top of the black piece of plastic. Place your R thumb on this and (while grasping the dispenser) push to the left. You may have to use some downward pressure as well. That's why I gave it a 4 no instructions and would like a tad more weight

We had one heck of a time trying to get the tape loaded into this dispenser not to mention there were no instructions. Other than that it's a tape dispenser and will be of good service to us many years.

Staff could not figure out how to open to put tape in dispenser. finally figured it out no instructions provided. it is extremely difficulty to change tape roll. almost hurt oneself in order to do so. once the tape roll is on it seems to work fine but that part is ridiculous.
