What can I say it's a tape dispenser. It was a little difficult at first to figure out how to get the roll holder off the base but the advantage is it stays in.

Desktop tape dispenser

I like this tape dispenser because it's heavy and doesn't move around. I can use one hand to cut a piece of tape off the roll and don't have to play around with those plastic dispensers. My tape is not stuck down around the roll any more.

Nice tape dispenser! the design is much better than the old type. Has a plug that is accessed from the side to hold the roll in place and it fits snugly. Also reasonably priced!
