It is a tape dispenser and do not need anythign fancy but it has qualtiy and durability. Not obtrusive and reasonably priced.

I purchased this tape dispenser for my mom but I couldn't figure-out how to put the tape on the dispenser. I had to Google it to see that the center slides out to load a fresh roll of tape. It would have been nice to have that simple instruction included somewhere on the box.
