It's a very affordable and practical office product for home or office. Has been solidly built to last a long time and can even be used as a paper weight. At the same time it isn't a clumsy or burdensome product. It doesn't occupy a great deal of space on your desk top. Not unsightly also which is also a plus.

The tape dispenser easily holds a large roll of tape. It is easy to load. Most important though is that it's heavy enough to pemit the user to pull and tear a piece of tape using only one hand. I've had dispensers in the past that required stabilizati ok n with one hand while tape was being used with the other. This is NOT the case with this dispenser

This is a great tape dispenser for every day continuous usage. Basically the children attending PreK classes in the school where I work are making projects all the time with paper cut-outs sticks beads pipe cleaners cotton balls foam cardboard bottle caps etc. The children need a tape dispenser on every table so that it is in easy and quick reach of every child. You'd be amazed how good quality tape and a little imagination can create. The teachers depend on the strong tape to post the artwork on bulletin boards too.

Christmas wrapping can be awkward but not with a sturdy tape dispenser. THis does one better - it contains a central core to hold the roll of tape but the core remains attached to the base and will be there even if time passes after using the tape and before another roll replaces the original.
