I love my NutriBullet Pro.. other than the fact that I think the o-ring in the lid is quite disgusting. I would not mind taking out the o-ring to wash everyday, but it is so hard to get out. A lot of gross things get stuck underneath it.

I purchased this item for my teenage son to make smoothies and protein shakes. I purchased it on 3/7, and the very first time my son used it we noticed a faint burning smell. Fortunately, it operated as described and there were no other issues. Fast forward three weeks and about 4 uses later and it has completely died. A quick internet search revealed some issues with the trigger mechanism becoming stuck or a faulty power cord. This seems highly suspect for something with less than a half dozen uses. I don’t recommend this product.

For sure I can say that this Pro model sounds louder and has more bark during blending than the less powerful model we had before. However, I'm noticing that during blending frozen fruits, they don't always get fully blended. I feel like I'm having blend for longer even though this one is supposed to be more powerful. My husband complained of the same thing. Either way we are not ready to invest in a VitaMix so this will just have to do. Beware that if you're switching up from the less powerful model, keep your expectations reasonable. Only other thing I really like about this model is the nice color.

I never had a Bullet before, as I never made smoothies. We think it does a good job very quickly. One thing I don't like is that if I remove the blade to add another ingredient, the contents mess up the screw on area and I have to wipe it off before reassembling. I like that it doesn't take up as much counter space as my food processor, so I leave it on the counter.

This is my second Nutribullet PRO. The motor mounts broke after about 18 months on the prior unit, and the blender literally when up in smoke. This life was disappointing to me. I have had Oster and Cuisinart blenders that lasted for YEARS. When it works it is easier to clean than my prior blenders, but if this unit dies after 18 months, I won't buy another, even with the 20% off Bed Bath and Beyond coupon. Please beef up your motor attachments.

I make frozen protein smoothies daily. In less than 30 seconds my drink is perfectly blended. My 1st Nutribullet lasted for several years despite many overflows (don't overfill : ) Great product. I gave 4 stars because how long it will last remains to be seen.

I’ve had this for a short time but it is the best smoothie maker I have used. There is never any funky chunks of fruit or veggies left behind. My only issue is I almost always end up with smoothie bubbling up in the lid while blending. I’m not sure if it’s user error or a defect in the blade I received. I always close it as tight as possible before I blend anything to try to avoid it. Other than that I am loving it.
