Was so excited to receive as a Christmas gift and only used 4 times and now it is very difficult to press down and won’t turn when on base. So In order for me to blend anything I have to hold down in place and not let up until mixing is completed. I was really impressed how quickly it mixes and not sure what is wrong. I hand washed between use and seems as if the black levers are not working :(. Maybe it’s just the one I got and others don’t have this problem

I brought one 2 years ago and it stopped working. The tabs get stuck. if you are not able to fix the tabs the service team would try to sell a new one to you. YouTube the issue

I purchased mine after Christmas and use it almost every day. My only problem with it is after everything is mixed and trying to open it. I understand it creates a suction when using, but I have a hard time opening it. I eventually get it open but it is hard. If I do t get it on tight it spills out.
