Problem with the larger cup leaking! It appears to be leaking at the mold seam (Burr). C/S sent a new blade unit - didn’t fix it! Larger cup is on Back order!
Having been on the Quality teams at Ford Motor (32 years) - bet this not an isolated case! C/S is outstanding!

I bought this after having the nutribullet , it lasted 7 months and a small clip for the switch inside ( plastic broke)- of course I didn’t keep the box since the first one worked great- nope wouldn’t recommend this model
