I have been using this for the past 5 years, got to say by far the best smoothie maker, it pulps the life out of everything. However I do say poor built because in time the cup that holds the white activator will break on the inside and there is no way to fix it, the company doesn't offer a replacement for that part either. But the motor and everything else is awesome. So I bought my second one 4yrs later. Just remember to buy the extra warranty like I did this second time.

Previously owned the regular Nutribullet and it was wonderful. Lasted years with five of us using it regularly. I've only had the Pro a few months. hence only giving a 4 star rating at this point. I really like the larger cup. I can make larger smoothies. I like storing food in the cups, as well with the twist on covers.
