I love this thing. I find the blasts with veggies, fruit, seeds, and pea milk are satisfying. Just wish there were more blast recipes and why don't they include pea milk and/or soy milk instead of almond milk which has basically no protein? Cause they want to sell their powder. But other than that quibble, it's great. Makes losing weight easy.
