Love but leaks

I got this as a wedding gift and I LOVE it except the little rubber gasket fell out of the blade super easily and now it leaks like crazy. And you have to be careful because if it leaks and you don’t clean the base perfectly, the smoothie cements the activator buttons and makes it really hard to use :(

The motor is extremely powerful, and the cup is tall. It takes a few days' practice to learn exactly how to use it. I've found that it works best if I stay with it the whole time I'm blending. I blend for a few seconds, stop, remove the cup and blade assembly from the base, check to be sure it hasn't come unscrewed, carefully move it from side to side to help the ingredients mix together, and repeat this process a couple more times, each time blending no more than 10 seconds. Keep watching to be sure there are no leaks. Then, voila! You will have the best smoothie you've ever tasted.

Not worth any money

I have had it for 3 months used exactly 26times. The blade assembly is not sealed liqued and water from washing it by hand is stuck inside. It emits a horrible smell and the assembly is loose. They state it is normal wear and tear. And you are not to use ice cubes only crushed ice even though the picture clearly shows ice cubes in it. But they would replace it if I paid a processing fee,tax and shipping. First normal wear and tear after using 26 times is unheard of. This is for a defect that could make people sick. But there is MOLD in the blade assembly leaking into what you blend. Making you sick. Their warranty is innapropriate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nutrabullet 900 pro stopped working

I received Nutrabullet 900 pro as Xmas gift and was extremely excited to use it. Unfortunately after barely using it 6 times the blender doesn’t work. I even took out a new jar to use thinking the plastic pieces might be broken still not working. Used to make smoothies with yogurt milk and fruit so wasn’t a heavy load. Very Disappointed and frustrated
