We bought the NutriBullet about 6 weeks ago and love it! We had been using our blender to make smoothies and protein shakes but this is much more convenient. You can drink right out of the cup you mix everything in and clean up is super easy.

I loved this item until the plastic ring cracked and now I have to replace the whole base. I'm better off buying a new one. It worked muh better than my magic bullet but my magic bullet still works and my nutribullet is now retired.

I bought this product about in April and has been very useful. As long as you follow the instruction, it works very well. Nice smoothie blend and a must have if you are a smoothie enthusiast.
I have has a couple of times that the smoothie tried to come out in the process. Found out I backed it too full. On one or two occasions too I have had to struggle to open it due to closing it too tight or the sweat on the jar due to the frozen fruits used.

I bought this 4 months ago. For those who have a bit of arthritis may find it difficult to use especially if you tighten the cup to the base too tightly. I also find myself having to push down with force in order for the motor to start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had the NutriBullet and used the heck out of it for a couple years. It still works but the motor was starting to sound kind of bad, but I was really happy with all the use we got out of it, so I got the NutriBullet Pro and I love it. It breaks up ice and fruit really well and quickly.
