Faulty cups beware - Very dissapointing

I brought this in the UK 3 months ago and found the colossus cups a great size, but the plastic prongs on the cups break off and without at least two of the three prongs the nutribullet doesn't work. I can't buy replacements because the cups are either out of stock or discontinued everywhere... what can I do to get replacements please?
I wish I have purchased a different machine which allows me to make the larger volume without such a fault.
I have marked 'ease of use' on the review as poor because once the cups break you can't use the machine at all.

I bought this a month ago and really like the ease of use. However the more I use it the more it leaks. No matter how much I tighten the lid or put it on again to ensure it works it leaks and there is not an easy way to clean what leaked below. Mfg defect
