I bought a nutribullet almost a year ago and one day suddenly actuators on the rim of the motor got stuck. Nutri team immediately responded to my queries but when nothing worked. They honored the replacement under warranty(though it was out of it). I really appreciated the speedy response and the customer service offered to me.

I like the bullet, I had a smaller version for about 2 years. Actually wanted the RX version but just to pricey for me at this time. The one thing I notice is the the bearings in the blades go after too much use and I have to get replacements.

I really love my NutriBullet and use it every day with care and following all instructions, however, sometimes the rubber seal comes off and leaves some residue inside the base. I wish they would provide an extra rubber seal because I feel this one is getting stretched out.

There are two features I really like about this: 1) truly easy to clean so I use more often 2) can grind up carrots easily when I add them to my mixture

I bought one few years ago. I loved it so much i am on my second one..Once in awhile I find the container leaks. Not sure why. Maybe I didn't tighten the lid tight enough.
