Great Smoothies; Poor Mechanical

This is my second NutriBullet in 5 years. Purchased this one in January 2017. Makes wonderfully blended smoothies, even with the nuts I add, and in a very short 20 - 40 seconds. However, when disengaging the cup from machine, sounds like gears are grinding. It may need replacing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this for 2 weeks and find that I am feeling better as far as energy and my weight seems steady because I am feeling full from the better diet!! Try it you will really like it! I found using frozen fruits do the trick also!!
