Smoothie Drinker's BEST FRIEND!

I received my NutriBullet - Magic Bullet for Christmas. I use it every day, tossing in greens, nuts, berries & seeds. Not only does it blend my smoothie better than an expensive blender, clean-up is so much easier. I have already added a second set of the cups (just in case I forget to run my dishwasher), so I always have one to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had ours for about 3 weeks now. I make a shake every day and we get all our veggies (I use kale or spinach) plus fruit and we already notice a big difference in how we feel. more energy, feel overall better. It's easy to use and clean.

Having a problem

I bought this for Christmas and although I am happy the way it pulverized fruits it now will not turn and lock in place. I have to hold it down manually the entire time.

This is my second Nutri Bullet and, although I LOVE the product, this one leaks every time I use it. It's been leaking since the first time I used it. I'm careful about screwing on the lid really tightly and not overfilling, but it's still leaking. My other Nutri Bullet only leaks when I overfill. So, I'm a little disappointed. I already threw away the box and don't really want to all of the trouble of replacing it. So, for now, I'm just cleaning it it out really well in between uses.
