I love smoothies, so I buy bulk fresh fruits, freeze them, bag them, and use as I need. No ice cubes necessary !!! It's a great way to get fruit and yogurt in your diet. If you prefer healthier blends with fewer calories, it comes with a recipe book. I promise this is one purchase you won't regret.

This is my second NutriBullet ... the first one worked well for over a year, but the container flanges broke, and it seemed to make more sense to get a new upgrade than just replace the container.
