Since fathers Day I went through 2 900 series. Friends that have them had the same experience. Great product but not durable enough for longevity.

Product Lacks Durability

I was initially very pleased with my NutriBullet, and when it worked it did a great job. However, after three months of use the plastic slots in the base locked to the extent that the container could not be inserted into the drive mechanism. Has anyone else had this problem?

It worked great until....

I used my NutriBullet for about 8-9 days. I loved how quick and easy it was.
My only problem was that the motor stopped while I was making a smoothie and wouldn't start again. Since I only had it for a few days, I returned it for a refund.

Not the best product

My motor base stopped working after two months. I had maybe used the Nutribullet ten times. I had to pay an additional $5.99 to replace the broken motor base which should not have stopped after so short a time and be without the Nutribullet for at least six weeks.

I used the nutribullet often until it started to smoke & smelled. I even found what appeared to be oil underneath the unit. Now, it just sits on my counter. What a waste of money!!

Does not fill my need

Although the product did a very god job as advertised How ever I must write a serious problem as I see it. I have a medical called Dysphagia this condition does not allow any food or liquid to be consumed orally. I used the NutriBullet as instructed and after use four times daily the motor smoked and has failed. The unit now sits in my garage as I have not yet had time to ship back to manufacture. Failure for my type of need is not an option, because of this point I cannot recommend this equipment.

Love the product but disappointed. This is the second time my Nutribullet pro has stopped working after only a month or 2 of use. The 3 little white connectors where the blade attaches to the base become frozen and will not allow the top to be connected. Love the product if it works.

I bought this Nutribullet Pro in June of 2014. It was very noisy from the first time I used it. Today it bound up and I am unable to use it. I called nutribullet and they told me that I have no coverage even though I registered on line 2 days after I bought the unit and have a 15 month warranty. I have E mailed and faxed all my papers to them
