Replacement for broken piece

I called nutrabullet as my unit which I bought a yet ago broke and needs a new part. My assistant on phone (wish I had asked her name) was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I will continue to be a loyal customer with Nutrabullet due to this great customer care!!

Love the Change in my Life!

I purchased my Nutribullet over a year ago. I use at least five times a week. Fifteen of my family and/or friends have purchased this product because of my recommendation. I have not had a cold, flu or get ill in over a year! That is saying something. When I felt like I was getting sick, I just increased the number of Nutriblasts I had daily.

Great Product and Great Customer Service

I bought this in July of 2014 and it recently stopped working. I called their customer service department and spoke to Kimberly A. who was the nicest, and most helpful agent I think I ever dealt with in any company. It was such a refreshing experience as she was able to replace the part for next to nothing (warranty had expired).
