I had to return it because the rubber ring near the blade kept coming off. I had to exchange this at least once before deciding to just return it and get my money back.

After using this item, the plastic piece that rotates the blade via the motor cracked and the motor could not rotate the blade. Prior to this happening, I enjoyed using it for morning smoothies.

About 3 months after I bought it, the tabs on the big cup broke. It took another few months for nutribullet to cover it. They sent a medium cup instead of the large. Don't buy nutribullet.
