Stopped working during 2nd use, smelled like it was burning. Did some research and found many other users had the same problem. Not worth the time it took to order and then pack up and send back.

I bought this a while back and I really like it. I don't use it as much as I should, but that is about to change! Smoothies are delicious and easy to make. Clean up is a breeze. You won't regret buying one!

I baught this product just over a month ago. I myself had lap band surgery 10 years ago and getting my required protein vitamin's and other life sustaining nutrients have honestly been a struggle. Since my surgery I have purchased several similar products, used them as directed and each time I have been left unsadisfied and downright discussed with myself for being sucked in by there hollow promises made with regards to there products ability to perform and there lackluster lackadaisical approach to resolving performance issues. They just did not care and we're not willing to do anything to make good on there promises.., Sorry got a bit off track., it's construction is bare none, it works better then described, clean up and storage is a snap and its overall design with its brushed nickel appearance has earned itselfe a permanent spot on kitchen countertop between my kitchen aid mixer and Cutco knife collection.

I received my first NutriBullet as a gift. Unfortunately, the gasket came off. I had read that it is not to be removed, so I figured something was wrong. I took it back to Bed, Bath and Beyond (LOVE THAT PLACE!) and exchanged it for a new one. AGAIN, the gasket came off! Well, I just kept putting it back in and eventually I noticed it was not cleaning up well. Finally, the gasket came off while mixing, so the blades cut it in 1/2. Again I returned it to BB&B and am on my third one now. So far, it's working. I think I must have gotten a better model or maybe the problem was finally fixed? It's also quieter when it mixes, so I hope I finally have a keeper! I do love how well it blends frozen fruit! No chunks that won't fit up the straw like my blender used to do.
