I bought this in December and the product and cups are great but I had read about the leaking and made sure I tighten the blade on well but have had 2 incidents of leaking. Ordered the replacement one on Amazon this week and will let you know how that works. Otherwise it is a good product. I have a Magic Bullet at work and a Vitamix at home and wanted something easy to use and clean. I also like the LIDs!!!! no more spilling smoothies in my car on way to work.

it is so easy to use it.
Drinking all the nutrients sure is a healthy way of getting your vitamins. once in a while the little prongs
you push down on, get stuck. by turning the NutriBullet upside down and soaking the prongs in justa little water, helps getting rid of old juice that might have dripped down
and hardenend.

I used a Juicer before the Nutribullet and had to clean out every part where the fiber would go and scrub the basket, with NB, all I do is rinse the blades and dry and then with soap and water rinse the containers and lids or place in the dishwasher.
