Purchased the NutriBullet in September 2014. The problem lately is that sometimes it is very hard getting it to start to blend my frruits/vegetables. I am going to request a replacement today. We are very careful not to fill it above the line level.

Use it a lot but motor has a burning smell. Usually mix protein powder, frozen fruit and water. Make sure lid is on tight when presaging to process or else. Must contact manufacturer when I return from vacation - now in Vietnam.

Initially loved this 900 watt unit but small amount of smoke smell came after each use. A brown liquid from a melting part from bottom of unit dripped out. Searched web and found out this was a very common problem. Returned unit to store after having for 2 weeks. Too bad, I really LIKED IT. Please let us know when problem is fixed.

I purchased the NutriBullet Pro 900 about 2 months ago. I was skeptical on some of the reviews saying it overflowed and other issues. I have put this thing to the test! We use it twice a day almost every day and I LOVE it! Clean up is a snap! I bought a second one for our office. Great investment!
