It's a strong machine...and fast but after one month of use, the gasket in the blade section fell out into the "smoothie". I think the company should send out free replacement gaskets if asked...otherwise, it does the job.

I have purchased two NurtiBullet PRO's (one for me and one for my mother). We both love the product but the odd thing is that both of us have one blade that leaks. It's not really a problem since it comes with two, but I thought it's worth mentioning. They were bought from different stores and even in different states. I guess that's just my luck. LOL
