We have had this NutriBullet Pro over 6 months and my husband uses it 5 days a week to make his morning protein frozen fruit smoothie. My daughters use it a few days a week for their smoothies. We are very happy with the product. The only slight complaint I have is the gasket ring gets some liquid under it and needs to be cleaned at least every few days, if not daily, even though I believe the instructions tell you not to remove it. All parts are very easy to clean though.

We (my wife and I) love your product. There has just been one problem that we see occasionally when making our 'shake' in the morning. And it may have to do with what we put into our shake. We add a small packet of an orange flavored powder made by Max International called MAX-N-FUZE that adds flavor and it also has additional vitamins. I don't know if it is the nature of the powder or what. But occasionally the liquid inside the cup will leak out while we are mixing. And it creates quite a mess. And we have to clean it up every time. I screw the bottom on tight (I think) before I set the unit into the base, but it still happens sometimes. I don't know what needs to be done, or maybe you have a suggestion for me. But I thought I would write in anyway and inform you of the problem.

I have owned the basic Magic Bullet for years with wonderful success. It did most things easily and well. I thought an upgrade would be three times better (three times the cost and the power) but it is not. It does a decent job on my smoothies, but does little else. If you don't tighten the lid down really tight, it leaks, and if you do, you have a really hard time opening it. Like others, I don't like that you can't
clean beneath the gasket, and I worry about bacterial build-up. Yes, it pulverizes fruits and ice better than than the Magic Bullet, but I wish I had looked further into other units like the Ninja.

Bought to make nutritional "smoothies" during recovery from head & neck surgery. Does a very good job of homogenizing fresh and frozen fruits/veggies. Does well with ice cream/yogurt/soups. Had some difficulty with harder foods like flax seeds, raspberries, chunky chocolate. Occasionally had "strands" of some more fibrous veggies remaining on the blades.....Some of the issue was my impatience waiting and the warning to only run constantly for 1 minute, rest the motor, then go again. Also, I seldom added ice cubes as I was adding milk and other protein/energy sources vs. water....the ice probably helps with overall blending/homogenizing the ingredients........overall very easy to use. Clean up is simple....much simpler than most blenders I've used. Overall I like the unit and continue to use to make smoothies.

I owned the Magic Bullet for 8 years when it finally went out so I upgraded to the NutriBullet since I had such longevity with the Magic Bullet. I wish I had upgraded sooner! The NutriBullet blends so much better and faster! My smoothies are so much tastier now and I can put so many more things in them, like nuts and whole oranges. It's also perfect for making baby food. So happy with my purchase.
