Bought this to make smoothies for son while recovering from tonsillectomy. Much better than a blender and easy to clean. Probably will not use it for drinks incorporating kale etc as I would rather eat the vegetable.

I’ve had the NutriBullet for a couple of weeks now and cannot believe I didn’t own one before! I used to spend so much $$$ buying smoothies, I now make all of my favorite recipes DAILY! I was surprised by the performance — it is top notch, no chunks or pieces of leafy greens left whatsoever. As far as cleaning, I always thought making my own smoothies would be a messy process, but with NutriBullet’s simple and straightforward set up it is easy peasy!

I've had my Nutribullit Pro for two years. The base leaked from the start. Called customer service and had a replacement in 2 days. 5 stars for customer service. I use the Nutribullit every day to blend frozen fruit and vegetables. Some of the frozen fruits are very hard so it is like blending rocks. Hence, no surprise when the blade shaft broke after 1 1/2 years. Bought a new base and was up and running in a couple of days. The machine is very powerful for such a small package. It blends frozen fruits an vegetables into a very smooth frozen beverage in less than a minute. Awesome smoothies.

Noisy and poor quality

Have now bought three of these and have had all three break down. Bearings freeze and the units fill the house with smoke. Got no satisfaction from the manufacturer and would never buy one of their products again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rubber Ring

Ever since I bought this ...the rubber ring from the lid falls into the liquid when I screw the lid off. This is annoying as I need to place it back in the lid...sometime a challenge as it twists on itself.

This is the third NutriBullet I have owned, so obviously I like the product. However, on this order, the blades were defective, as the rubber gasket around it came loose on my first smoothie. I contacted customer service and they are going to send me another one. My complaint here is the replacement is on backorder so I don't know when I will receive it.
