I bought this at the beginning of the summer and absolutely love the smoothies I make. I have 2 points of concern, though. Just recently, it began to act funny and would take some effort to get it to run and then would not stop despite turning the cup to the off position. I contacted the company who informed me that the little white tabs at the top of the mixer often get stuck with juice or residue from the smoothies. They suggested I clean these tabs with warm, damp cloths, which I have done, but they still remain stick. Because of this problem, one of the tabs of my colossal cup broke off. I would have expected it to be covered but I had to pay $6 to replace it. I think a design that had buttons or switches would avoid some of this. But overall, I still really like the product

We had a minor leak from the seal which sent the material into the base unit. We wiped it up fast enough but it hardened up and now it takes some effort to push the top down. Other than that, a great unit, works wonderfully

I brought this in July 2014. I've been using it almost everyday if not every other day. It's simple machine not too many attachments but very powerful. The size is perfect & does not occupy too much space. It serves the purpose. For me it makes my life easier by making a delicious & healthy juice!

I traveled with my original nutribullet to visit a family member who just had a baby. Being a new mom she was trying to find time for everything. I showed her my nutribullet and made her one of my favorites. I had to leave the nutribullet with her, she loves what it makes and how easy and quick it is to use. I went home to my original magic bullet. It just wasn't the same. My wife didn't like to hear me comparing/complaining what I left behind, and went out a bought me the nutribullet pro. Happy happy happy

I have osteoarthritis abd it is very difficult to properly cl poo se the lid and ttached the vase to the m z chine, it is lso uncovenient that you have to plug nd unplug the cird instead of having a "push button" to control the time of blend.
I gve my nutribullet way to. Younger person so he can control of those things!!!

I had the regular one first and since we switches it's been tons better.
loved the first one as well but once we tasted the smooth texture of this one, we just can't go back.
