I drink 1 per day in place of a greasy, unhealthy lunch. I have more energy and have a better overall feeling.
Much easier to use than a juices and clean up is simple.
Sometimes I do a all fruit drink and sometimes all veggies.

Thought smoothies would be smoother with the increased wattage. Grainy when adding nuts and seeds. My $15.00 Bella does just as good. Sorry I didn't invest in the Ninga that does ice cream and soup too.
