Not a forever blender

2 months in we had to replace the blade assembly, the gasket is not replaceable so you have to replace the whole assembly. I was told that the entire blade assembly should be replaced every 6 months, what a waste. It does an ok job making chunky smoothies.

Smell of burnt plastic upon usage

I bought it back in September , then upon first usage it releases a very bad smell of burnt plastic. I returned it and got new piece: sane problem. It is unsafe to consumer.

I bought this because I had Bariatric surgery. I have only used it a couple of times to make some shakes, but so far I have really liked it. It chopped up the ice cubes so fine it was almost like they were part of the shake as opposed to other blenders I have used there were large and small chunks of ice in the shake. I bought the kit and love all the accessories that came with it. I like the lip/handle I can screw onto the cup that makes it into an actual cup instead of feeling like you are drinking from the blender.
I would recommend this to a friend!

love it, I got the bright blue and its such a fun pop of color on my counter. A bit of a learning curve getting the right combo of ingredients/liquids so it would fully blend. I like that I can twist it to stay in place and I don't have to push it down the whole time it's blending. Def would recommend!!

The machine was great while it worked, which was less than a month. I was very disappointed as I would have my morning bullet proof coffee in the same container that would mix it, we could have smoothies both fruit and veggie and we were feeling better. My mom could make her own juice when i was gone. Then boom it would not mix even my coffee. So very disappointing. I will stick with my full size blender.

My guess is that I have had the advanced NutriBullet for about 4 months, maybe five. At first it was a blessing to have, particularly in summer. But over the last month, the unit will not start up when the cup is placed on it. The cup cannot descend so that it can then be turned to run on its own. I now have to press with my whole weight to get the bullet to start. And when I turn the cup so that it will stop, the unit keeps right on running. In fact, to get it to stop I have to lift the cup . . . not a good move but it is all that I have. A very disappointing purchase.

This product is very difficult to use. You have to push extremely hard, straight down and turn it and even then it may not turn on. Then it gets stuck and you can't twist it off. You have to twist the blade on extremely tight and then you can't get it untwisted. Even if you twist on tight it is likely to leak and spray everywhere or into the machine which you then have to clean up. This machine adds extra time to my morning routine. I wanted it because I wanted to have the power to chop nuts. I would not buy this machine again and it wasn't worth the money.

I bought this blender as a gift for my mother in law. It worked great for about 3 months then it started smoking and stopped working. I inquired about a replacement through warranty but haven’t heard anything back. In conclusion I am unsatisfied with this product along with the company/ warranty.
