I am disappointed that you cannot put ice in it. Also, I have a hard time getting it to start. But when it works it is great.

I use my Neutra bullet almost every single day and have really enjoyed it for several months now. My mother now has one, my sister now has one and my daughter now has one so it would've been five stars except that it's starting to make a lot of noise every time I use it
