Had problems with the plastic tabs that activate the blades. Customer service was great, told me how to free tabs. So far I have freed them 4 times, I use the NutriBullet twice daily. Owned since May 2014, thought it should have worked longer with no problems. I rated down the middle because of the tab issue, other than that, very strong machine.

I got my fist Nutribullet aproximately two years ago and use it every day to prepare to nutriblast in the morning until I burned it six month ago, then I bought my Nutribullet Pro which is a thousand times better than my former nutribullet, I use it every day, and my life will be miserable without it.
